Bought a vacuum cleaner. It didn't work. Took it back a few months later, but they no longer carried that model. The warranty was for a year. Because they no longer carried that model, they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't take it back for a refund, exchange it, or anything, basically refused to honor the warranty.
