I signed up with Verizon home connect service and found that connectivity between the phone receivers around my home and the router they provide is very poor. The result is poor voice quality and drop out during the conversation. A call to their corporate office led to a promise of attention by a service rep. The rep never showed up and they will not return my calls. LOCATION: 7720 South Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL USA
