I purchased a digital photo frame online through the source. It was a gift for my mother for Christmas. When the photo frame was delivered to the store nobody called me to pick it up. Two days before Christmas I called to get it and it was waiting for me in the back. My husband went to pick it up and when he got home and we opened the box, the seal was broken, the frame and the screen were both scratched and there were parts missing from the box. It was clearly an item that had been used, returned and repackaged. So I was left before Christmas with no gift for my mother. When I called customer service I got absolutely no help. I then realized that I didn't have a digital receipt making it impossible to return to the store. I went online to request a copy of the digital receipt (Jan 11) as well as making a long complaint about the product I had received (Jan 5). I received a copy of my digital receipt on Jan 30 and have yet to receive a response to my email about the state of the product when I received it.
