When we arrived at the room we discovered a foul musty odor and called down to the front desk to inform them of it and that something be done. They sent up housekeeping to spray the room with scent. After going out for dinner we came back late and the odor was back, but only in the lounging area. It lingered throughout the rest of the three days we spent in that Savannah Four Points. We contacted the manager when we got home for a refund but they only offered points for another stay. Yeah like that is gonna happen. I would like them to refund the monies I paid to stay.
