I purchased a King size mattress from the Sheraton online store website May 6 2009 and soon after receiving it found the mattress squeeking and the springs not good. I paid $1954.77.by Visa

Another mattress was sent and within 6 months it had the same problem. I was told to send in the validation tags cut from the mattress and I would be issued a refund. I have received $1353.50 Visa credit and was informed this was all that I would receive. I expect a full refund and was not told that I would receive otherwise.
This is still ongoing and has been referred to the Better Business Bureau in the U.S. In October 2011.
I have yet to hear from them. Last correspondence is below. I don't understand why Sheraton doesn't stand behind their products even if they didn't manufacture it. Since they sell it they should honour their warranty.

The refund stated on my Visa dated April 20, 2011 for $666.70 from Sealy. The other portion of the refund was paid on April 18, 2011 for $686.80
from their parent company Hotels at Home
It was Sealy who said I would receive a full refund but made me chase after this other company for the balance ?
The refund should total $1954.77 and is currently short $601.27
I believe Sealy should refund this balance since they are the one who promised the refund in the first place
