I ordered 3 different gift cards 2 to 3 weeks before xmas for presents and none had any notes that you would have to wait 2 weeks to get your voucher number then once you went back and got voucher number you would have to wait at least another 3 weeks to actually get the card. I emailed and called all the numbers that they have listed and left messages since i never got a real person. I finally after 8 calls and 2 emails got a message saying they were sorry and that they would send the info to their shipping dept. and i should receive one of the cards within 3 weeks.on that card i had already been waiting 20 days for it to supposedly arrive...and if i wanted a refund to please let them know. Well i sent another email saying that i definitely wanted a refund but for all three. About a week later i get another email that i should receive a refund in 7-10 days and i would get an email when it was done. Well that has been almost 2 months and i have sent 2 more emails and called and left another message. I still have not received any refunds and it comes to a total of 26.00. I am extremely upset that i can not get a hold of a real person and the emails just make them seem like they are just trying to get me off their backs.. I just want my money back, I think i have waited long enough for the refund.
