Greyhound Lines Headquarters RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

On December 1, 2011 at about 14:00 hrs, I was about to board a bus to Red Deer, Alberta, leaving from Edmonton, Alberta from the downtown location (10324 - 103rd ST). I bought my ticket online and claimed at the till, then preceded to board the bus that was scheduled to leave at 14:05, the exact time was 13:58. The security officer denied my entry saying I arrived late. I went back to the till to check if I was going to be able to use it at a later time that day. The person at the till asked: How come they didn't allow you in the bus? Are you drunk or high? To which I said: excuse me? Why would you say such a thing? She said: that's usually why they don't allow people to board the bus to which I replied: No that's not the reason, I was late and I'm going to ask you to treat me with a little more respect next time. She then said: Maybe! I sent an E-mail to greyhound Canada with the complaint but never got a response back.
