Back in October 2011 Bell called me and offered me a bundled TV, Phone, Internet deal of $157.00 per month. I am with Rogers and was paying over $278.00 per month for the same services. I called Rogers to close my account and they gave me to retentions who matched the Bell deal if I stayed with Rogers. I accepted but Rogers is still billing me at the old rate and its been 4 months. I have placed several phone calls and each time I'm told it will be right on the next bill. The last Rep I spoke to said the monthly bill was now $178.00 and that was the best he could do.
