I purchased a iPhone to be used without a contract and I got charged for four months of service, which I did not use. I specified that I payed for my phone, I'm not suppose to be on a contract. I called customer service and I was on hold for an hour and a half. I was sent to at least five different representatives. Not one wanted to help. I asked for cancellation of their service, they denied it until there was a certain amount of time has gone by to suspend my phone instead of canceling it, which I find to be ubsurd. I got charged for four months full charge of 94.00 and I couldn't make any phone calls, send text messages, use my data, access my voicemail. Nothing! And it just pisses me off that if I'm company, who advertises they give the best services and there're number one, and they're the same ones that pik money out of your pocket. This would be the last time I deal with Rogers. Because I've experience this and I am a unsatisfied customer. Robbers! Not Rogers! LOCATION: Rogers Wireless 228 Queens Quay W, # 3 Toronto, ON canada
