PSE&G PSE&G appliance repair service

I have had appliance repair contract with PSE&G for over 10 years. They were unable to fix my dishwasher and recommended I change it. This is after paying in for 10 years. On their advice I replaced my dishwasher. Obviously I got out of my contract for dishwasher for the period I had warranty . After expiry of warranty i signed up again. They told me that it will take 15 days for the service contract to kick in. As luck would have it the dishwasher crashed within 1 month of the service contract. I called in for service. The contractor came in and told me that the drainage motor was out and that he cannot fix it as this was a new contract and it would cost $400.00 to replace the motor. I can only avail service up-to $100.00 only as I have not paid in enough money in this contract. I fie a complaint with their customer service. They said they will have someone contact me. Nobody did. Upon investigation I found my dishwasher is covered for parts for 2 years from the manufacturer, but I have to pay labor charges, which will mean $99.00 plus tax and additional $12.00 for every 6 minutes, depending on the duration of labor.
