MAGICJACK probably has the world’s worst customer service. I have been trying to sort out an issue with call forwarding on my account for weeks without success. You have 2 options for customer service which is so called “live chat” with someone who chooses a number of “canned responses” and advises you that your issue has been escalated and will be handled as a priority. It’s been 3 weeks with numerous follow ups with the same response of been escalated and they don't know when it will be resolved. I requested a call back and was told that they only support through chat … a phone service provider that doesn’t provide service by phone … I guess that speaks volumes. I did locate a number to call in Florida and have called 3 times but have not been able to get past the “your call will be answered shortly” message which cuts me off after 15 minutes or so. The number is 561-594-9787 if anyone has better luck than I do. If anyone knows how to actually contact the company and have an issue resolved, I’d love to hear as to how.
