5 months ago I returned a DeLonghi dehumidifier DEN500P to DeLonghi for what I thought was warranty repairs. I paid for shipping and included a check they required to cover the cost of the repair. I have proof of delivery and they have cashed my check. To this date, I have still not received my dehumidifier. I have repeatedly called and have received no reply. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they also have not replied to it.
