Bell Aliant I don't speak Chinese!!
3 years ago my husband and I bought our first home. We were given a new phone number when we had our phone services switched over. From the very first day our line was activated we started getting calls for WarpTech, everything from collection calls, personal and even goverment. For the past 3 years we get at least 3 calls a day, even when we dont answer our answering machine is full of calls for Warptech. The messages are left even though our machine states "You have reached Brian and Colette we aren't HOME..." It was somewhat bearable for the first year UNTIL we started recieving calls in the middle of the night, from someone speaking Chinese and not understanding a word of English, not even harsh ones. These calls happen between 2 am and 4 am!!!! I finally had enough and called Warptech to see if perhaps they were still advertising with our new number; the lady I talked to was very rude and said there was nothing she could do. Not a sorry or nothing. I decided to search internet to see how many sites I could come across, sure enough I found some, so I copied and pasted these sites to an email I sent Warptech, and got no response!!! I called Bell Aliant explaining the phone calls we recieve all hours of the night, and was told that the number had not been used in awhile so was recirculated, which we ended up getting. They would be happy to change our phone number FOR A CHARGE!!!!!!! I refuse to pay! This past holiday a newspaper insert for local business' was included, saying all business have paid to be advertised; GUESS WHAT NUMBER WARPTECH USED......OURS!!!!! ________________________ LOCATION GRIPED ABOUT: 519 Westmorland Road Saint John, NB Canada
