Bought a phone at the Metro PCS Store on highway 278 in Covington, GA. Started a new account. Also bought a smart phone for a friend who already has an account. Her phone won't hold a charge. Took it back to the Metro store and they won't take it back. They won't exchange it. It's pretty much...OH Well! Had I bought the store at Walmart I could not have taken it back. But Metro PCS won't even take back their own product. Think I'll change companies.
