Greyhound Lines Headquarters Grief Over Compassion Refund from Greyhound

Nearly two years ago my brother died and I decided to take Greyhound from MB to ON for the funeral. As it was a sibling who died I was told I was entitled to a partial refund for "compassionate" reasons. After returning home I took a copy of the death certificate, ticket and proof of payment to the local Greyhound office where I was told they would submit the paperwork forr me. Instead they lost it. At least somebody lost it because after eight weeks I called the head office and there was no record. So I re-submitted on my own. After another eight weks I called again. I was told the cheque should have been issued. I waited another eight weeks and was told there was a mix up but they would sort it out. I have called since, mailed my concern to the President and the head of public relations. Still no cheque. It isnt even a question of the money, but rather the principle.
