Cancelled my membership with Gevalia several times by email and phone. Gevalia still sends unordered coffee and charges my bank card. After receiving another unordered shipment of coffee I called their customer service and was told I could refuse it. So I refused the shipment and it was returned to Gevalias Phoenix Az location on Feb 9th. I again called customer service and had to prove they received the coffee and was told I would get a refund minus shipping charges. I have still not received a credit. I do not think I should be charged for shipping since I cancelled my membership several times before the shipment which Gevalia ignored.
I want a full refund for the returned coffee, I want them to never send me another unordered shipment of coffee and I want them to never charge my bank card again.
Another odd fact is Gevalia has managed to charge an expired bank card, not sure how they managed that but they did.
