Extreme Fitness EXTREMEly Bad Service
Status:
I cancelled my membership with Extreme Fitness within the timeline stated in the contract to avoid any penalties, however, Extreme Fitness still charged my credit card the monthly fee the following month and it then took 3.5 MONTHS, 11 emails, 4 voicemails and three actual conversations with manager and owner before they finally refunded me. Poor customer service to say the VERY least.
