Day & Ross Transportation Group Day and Ross- customer service

I called the customer service number and sat on hold for EVER then was transferred 5 times. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me they would have to open a ticket??? What are they to scared to talk to a customer? I mean come on! So I called back and finally got to speak to a woman the so called manager (she was very rude and didn't want to help me). I will never use this company ever again and I don't recommend it to anyone else!
