On October 5 2011 I rented a cube truck to pick up a load of plywood from Commonwealth Plywood in Toronto. During the loading process the forklift operator caused over $3000 worth of damage to the truck. I had to pay the $1500 deductable on the insurance. All attempts at getting compensated for the $1500 have failed. I have sent them all the relevant paperwork regarding the incident and they have assured me that they forwarded it to their head office in Montreal but I have had no response and none of my phone calls have been answered. It is now mid-February they seem to be ignoring my attempts at getting any answers.
