Boston Pizza The customer is never right
Status:
I had made a reservation at Boston Pizza to watch a UFC fight with my 17-year old daughter. We were sat at an alternative table to wait for our reserved table, since it was occupied. Each time they approached us, asking if we need anything, I asked how much longer it was going to be. After an hour and a half, the manager approached us, suggesting an alternative table. I felt that I should be given our reserved table, since the party at it was not ordering food or drinks. When I asked for the name of the franchise owner, I was asked to leave or the police would be called. After tracking down the owner, I was told he was aware of the situation and that my behaviour was 'intimidating.'
