I ordered a gift basket to be sent to my brother who is recovering from a serious vehicle accident. I paid for delivery to take place on February 3, 2012. The gift basket has still not been delivered as of 10:00 pm Feb 10, 2012. I was provided with a tracking number for purolator. Purolator took the package to Cranbrook, 1.5 hours from the destination in Sparwood, BC. It has been sitting in the purolator office in Cranbrook for a week.
After several emails between myself and Bloomex, they shipped a replacement basket by Canpar and said the new package would be delivered today. I have a tracking number for Canpar and it appears, the package is still in Vancouver. If Bloomex cannot ship to Sparwood, they should have said so. If they cannot ship in two days, they should have said so. But this is riduculous. I placed and paid for my order on Feb 1, 2012. .
I would just recommend people use other companies for internet flower delivery. I think I should have been given a refund or a discount. There is no point in delivering this two weeks late. The card says Get well soon. He is probably fine by now. I doubt it will every be delivered anyway. Bloomex is a rip off!!
