Bell promotions department hooked us up with bundle service (internet, tv, home phone) with a guarantee that our bill will be less than $100. We added a few more channels still the bill was guaranteed to be around $133 approximately. Every month the Bill is more than $200. This month again it is $259. Means I have to call every month and explain to a brand new customers' service agent what it is supposed to be and it is very very frustrating. Don't want to do this again this month. Tired so tired of having to call them every month and explain all over again. It will be bye bye Bell very soon.
