Less a lot of money, and a broken no no. Before my warranty expired my no no wasn't working properly. I provided customer service with the receipt and information. After a few calls they gave me the okay to send it in for an exchange. I was so thankful until the no no I paid to ship for an exchange was returned, no such address. I had to pay the postage again to pick up my broken no no. Called customer service a few more times, they said they would send me a prepaid envelope. I waited , that never happened. Called again, they gave me a different address to send it to. After my first experience I was leery about that, so I gave up. Now I am ready to SPEAK UP.
