Waiting a month for a Doorbell...
@Amazon.com - SLU I will explain the situation from begin. I ordered a doorbell at 30 September 2019 with this order number: ORDER # 112-4162460-*******. After 2 weeks waited with patience, but estimated delivery date already gone. I called Aramex, and I send mail, literally the parcel lost by Amazon. They refunded me as gift card, even they didn't ask me. And the second issue, I wasn't sure shop from Amazon again, but because they refunded me gift card for lost parcel, I bought another ring bell. ORDER # 112-9535364-*******. I expressed my concerns to Customer Services maybe 2 times, because that was gift and I didn't want any hassle. From Exclusive CS Aaron promised me that there will be any trouble, I trusted his words... 23 October was estimated delivery date, and there is no news from my order. And no one helping me, even ECR Customer Services.
