@The Brick Head Office Just left the Peterborough store extremely extremely annoyed. We just bought a mattress and base for $5000. That is a piece of ****. I tell them within five days I don't want this thing and they tell me I have to sleep on it for 21 days before saying I don't like it. I don't need 21 days to tell them I don't like it. I'm telling them now. Asked to see the customer service manager and she said no go you can't return it. You have to wait 21 days and we don't have a return policy. You have to pick a new one. tells me that their policies are on the back of my invoice which they are not. When that's brought to her attention, she says well it's online. I asked for the head office phone number and she told me she doesn't have it. How ridiculous is that a customer service manager that does not have the head office phone number. May I suggest you look it up on the Internet like you told me to look up my return policy.
