@Bloomex Flowers Toronto Flowers were a day late. When received the box was ripped open and the flowers were all frozen. This is the 2nd time and the last time I will order from Bloomdex. The first time the flowers were late on arriving also after much confusing with your people on the phone. @Bloomex Halifax Flowers & Gift Baskets
