My son left in braces because our insurance changed

@Children's Hospital of Philadelphia My son was born with a cleft lip and palate. He has been seeing CHOP his whole life(15 years). He got braces put on 3 years ago by the orthodontist there that specializes in clefts. His insurance got changed from Medicaid to CHIP. Now they won't see him. He still has his braces on and they won't finish the work even though this was previously approved by Medicaid. They have not seen him since July. All we get is the run around. No one will give us any options. I guess he is supposed to stay in braces forever. Supposedly he only needs to see them 5-7 more times.
