Screwed over

@The Brick Head Office we purchased section yesterday at the brick in Belleville Ontario for $37716 with warantee, we paid the amount in full with our Mastercard and it was being delivered before Christmas on dec22 , we just received a call this evening stating their was a glitch in system and that we were not charged warantee, we were informed by both Jennifer and corrie that it will be additional $560 !!! We were informed at the start of the sale that they would take off$200 for the warantee and now they are charging us an additional $560 after the sale is completed!!!! The next day!!! I'm dumb founded and am cancelling whole order!! I feel robbed !! I am also informed I have to do refund in store!!! We work in healthcare we don't have time for this and we had plans to buy our new fridge, dishwasher and washer here !! Never again!!! I just want my sofa for the price we agreed to pay day off sale!!! This is rediculas!!!
