Satisfaction not for the customer

@The Brick Head Office First the sales person made a mistake in the ordering of the product, the when we tried to resolve it with an exchange we're told we don't do that. We bought stools were told they were counter height stools they were bar height, when we tried to exchange them for the counter they didn't have the colour we wanted but did have counter height size we wanted. We are trying to just exchange the leg size so we can get the right height we want. Talking to the store manager was impossible he was very rude and did nothing to accommodate us. What happened to your 100% satisfaction?
