newly installed windows broken and misrepresented

@Mad City Windows installed 8 windows in Jan. As soon as we started to open them in the spring problems began. May 20 we contacted them. A part had fallen out into our gardens. They responded by saying they would order the part. We told them all the things about the windows we were not happy with. They sent out a service manager June 1. He agreed w/us about poor installation and misrepresentation. He took pictures of all that was installed improperly. It was July 2nd before the serviceman came to take care of all our issues. He came into our house and looked first at the broken mechanism and told us he brought the wrong part. He was also not aware of all the other issues. We had called Mad City 2x before the service man came out & we were assured that all issues would be addressed. Since he didn't have most of the parts needed to address all the problems, we let him go & called the company. Windows - still broken. We want a refund. We have no confidence in this company
