@Frigidaire - Electrolux Headquarters I have an extended warranty for the refrigerator. Called Frigidaire, they set up the appointment for the refrigerator issue, the tech never came on the appointment day, they again set up another appointment, the tech never came again. Two months passed, and no resolutions. The people at the customer services are not from US, they are just horrible, the same lady is keep talking in different voices, their purpose is to delay as much as they can, asking stupid questions, and mental torture the customer that they never call them again. What you could expect, 30 calls, every call 30 -40 minutes wait time.
