Lost me as a customer for future purchases

@The Brick Head Office our brand new leather sofa was damaged upon delivery by the brick staff. The delivery people damaged our floor and were nonchalant about it. The install staff were supposed to arrive between noon and 5 pm to put together our new bed. My wife called customer service 3x and was hung up on by the Langley Brick customer service. Then they argued with her that she even called This is not acceptable since we spent close to $7000 on our purchase If this is not resolved to our satisfaction I WILL be contacting Global Television Consumer Matters and then the Brick can explain on national television regarding their poor customer service.
Requested: Apology, Compensation, Improvement, Repair / Replacement
