@Staples Canada - Head Office First, when I reached out online on 12/22 about why my 12/19 order was still "Processing", your agent stated that my order was an "extended delivery order" and would be delivered as promised. Only when I asked for an update six days later, on 12/28, was I told that my order was in fact Out of Stock and would therefore be cancelled. When I replied asking why I received this update to my order status only *after* I'd contacted Staples (for a second time), the agent sent me the same copy-and-paste form reply that he'd sent to me earlier. I couldn't believe my eyes upon seeing the exact same reply, after having waited nine days for delivery of an Out of Stock order for which Staples never deigned to provide a status update. Complete incompetence from start to finish.
