Friday, May 17th.
Scheduled appointment Thursday, May 23rd for new tires, serpentine belt and air filter.
Thursday May 23rd.
Brought car to shop. Tech informs me they have the tires but they didn't order air filter or belt for my car. So they put the tires on, but I have to come back tomorrow for air filter and belt.
Friday May 24th.
Bring car back for air filter and belt. Tech informs me they ordered the wrong air filter, but can do the belt. Pick my car up later that day, and it's making a terrible noise. Bring the car back and they inform me the belt was routed wrong and is shredded. They assure me it will be fixed properly Monday.
Monday May 27th.
The tech that worked on my car isn't in. So nothing gets done.
Tuesday May 28th.
Tech is in but they don't have the right tool to replace belt. Nothing gets done.
Wednesday May 28th.
Car is finally done.
Result. Paid $1300 for terrible service/time frame. Major inconvenience and incompetence shown.
