Inability to Stand Behind Fault Product | Customer Runaround | Further Perpetuating Struggles During a Pandemic

There are not enough words in text box to accurately reflect the struggles @G E Appliance Services has put our family through over the past 7 weeks. On 12/07/20, our fridge experienced a sealed system failure. The fridge is 14 months old and came with my brand new construction condo. After more than 3 dozen phone calls and over 30 hours on the phone with the company was able to do nothing to solve the issue. They continuously tried to hang their hat on the 12 month warranty. However, they offered to repair it. Seemed fair. Two different repair men from the company came to our home and described the appliance as a "lemon that was destined to fail out of the factory". Fast forward to the end of the story, I ended up paying $400 (85% discount) for a replacement which arrived today. There was 6 massive holes and two black markings on the fridge. To say the least, I did not accept the delivery and have been on hold for the last 87 minutes.
