@Frigidaire - Electrolux Headquarters We purchased a Frigidaire Range and a Gallery Microwave which was installed over the range in April of 2018. On October 3, 2019, the Microwave failed because it lost power. Appliance Services was sent out and the unit was repaired. In December 2020, the unit loss power again - again Appliance Services was called and they came out and informed us they would have to order the parts and would do so and call to reschedule the service. On February 6, 2021 having not heard anything, I called Frigidaire 800 number and spoke to Pauline. She said parts were on back order and we would be called when they were available. On March 10, 2021 I talked to Pauline again and she said she would order the four parts and have them shipped to my home and then I could call to get the service scheduled. hearing nothing, I called again on March 24th and spoke to another customer rep who had no patience with me and hung up refusing to give me her supervisors name.
