@Frigidaire Corporate Office Headquarters I purchased a home in 2019 with all Frigidaire Professional Series Appliances. I then purchased an extended warranty for my appliances. The door fell off my freezer resulting in lost food (no compensation offered) and I have been working since July to resolve. Finally after indicating the door could not be located in your warehouses, I received an offer to buy back in Sept. I submitted all requested information and it is now October and my claim has not been processed. The letter said 5 business days. When I called to check I was told 10 business days. When I called back I was told 3 more business days. Today I was told 1 more business day. No one can give me an amount of buyback and there is no customer service manager for me to speak with. I am told there is no process for customers speaking directly to the back office managers. At this point I have spent literally hours on the phone.
