@The Brick - Orillia ON The Brick@Orillia- Purchased $8000 worth of product with full assembly and installation. Delivery was scheduled for Sept 28th our move in date. No delivery. Went to the store and they said they were missing a piece so did not deliver. My husband had no bed and ended up in the hospital due to stress. (severe medical problems) Delivery came Oct 1st minus several pieces. Was informed that they did not assemble. Left boxes and packaging. Called the store and they sent people to assemble next day. TV stand was broken and in a hundred pieces. I sent it back and went to store to exchange. The rest of the furniture delivered Oct 26th and again we do not assemble. I called the store and was told I would get a call from sales person . NO call.
