Defective mattress

@Mattress Firm Cumberland Mall bought a mattress 2 1/2 years ago and the mattress is sonk in on one side and the mattress has a 10 year warranty. BUT MATTRESS Firm is refusing to honor the warranty because as they say they cant teturn it to manufacturer because they wont be able to resell it....of course you cant its a defective mattress and sunken iv.
