Customer no service - voice was not heard after going to a brick and mortar store and calling customer service.

The issue - my wife gets a text saying she is over her 10 gb data usage for the month, mind you we are half way through the billing cycle of the month. She is normally home and uses Wifi for most of her data usage so this struck us as odd. Upon further review we found the "MCM Client" which is installed by default has consumed 6.90 gb of data! When going to a @Boost Mobile store to discuss data usage, we were quickly dismissed and told to call customer service. Okay - fine I get that there are limitations to what can be offered at a store, even though this seems to be a simple matter after providing legitimate evidence of the issue. Upon calling customer service, the call representative repeatedly ignored my wife's concerns and kept trying to sell another gigabyte of data for $5 dollar which clearly was insulting and showed he did not understand the issue or was trying to dismiss it. This is totally unacceptable and appears to be an unethical, predatory business practice.
