Can't reach a real person at customer service
@Priceline.Com (Headquarters) I've been trying to use a flight credit from a flight that was canceled due to COVID. It's only possible to book using the credit over the phone, so I've been calling customer service. However, their automated system is broke. It tells me that the wait is too long ("your current wait time is 2 minutes"-- how is 2 minutes too long?) and that they will call me back. I've tried upwards of seven times now over various days and still can't get a call back. If I try the number again, it tells me I am in the queue and hangs up on me. I just want to book my flight!
