5 weeks and no bathroom cabinet installation

@Lowe's Home Improvement, Greenville, TX In mid July we went to Lowe's and we picked out a bathroom cabinet and faucets. Placed order including installation. Was promised an installation survey. A week later, nothing. Went back to Lowe's, lady promised a visit. The visit did come the next day. Another 10 days passed and no communication about an installation. Back to Lowe's. Another promise of "staying on it". A week later, back to Lowe's. Got the installation company phone number. Called them. "Will install next Monday." They didn't show or communicate. Called on Tuesday and texted. No response. Back to Lowe's. Picked up cabinet and installation stuff. Had my plumber install it. Discovered faucets did not match the cabinet (needed separate faucets, not joined ones). Probably my fault, but the cabinet person could have helped, but didn't. Exchanged faucets at customer service. The customer service desk did credit the no installation and helped me load the cabinet and stuff. No hassle.
