I order a Ralph Lauren bag which cost me $200.00. I got an email saying it was delivered, when I got home there was nothing at my front door, I call and let them know at CS, was told I will get my refund within 21 days, this was told to me on Nov 25th. I call last week and was told my refund will be in my bank on Dec 17th, nothing as yet. I called again today Dec 18th and unbelievable how bad this customer service is at The Bay, they don't know anything, they all keep telling you a different policy of refund, where these people work and the worst part they can barely speak proper English, will I ever get my refund, I will never buy anything from The Bay store again, tried to get a manager on the phone and they keep telling you oh there is none available, I am so ****** because when I purchased my bag the money came out of my account right then, now I have to keep calling to get back my refund, terrible, horrible service,
