@FedEx Corporate (Headquarters) I ordered a large item for my home and it was shipped FedEx ground on 10/17/19. It was supposed to be delivered 10/19 but wasn't. On the morning of 10/21, I saw the FedEx truck outside my house, got up to go to the door and before I could open it, the driver drove away. I called FedEx after that, gave them my cell phone number, then called again yesterday also. The tracking keeps saying Incorrect street address. It is a new address but UPS, USPS, Amazon all deliver here no problem. Now a 2nd package was sent and the tracking says no delivery attempt yesterday but will be delivered today. I called and spoke with a supervisor at Fed Ex, who says, oh yeah, they will be delivered tomorrow, but they are trying to call the driver and he doesn't answer. What kind of business is this? I couldn't stay in business with service like this. I just want these packages delivered today and then I will never order anything using FedEx again.

@Amazon.com - SLU I've been dealing with Amazon for months on two(2) separate occasions. They're holding returns they've signed for over three-(3) weeks old. Ultimately, my $ is a hostage. When they want they'll release it. They keep saying the same ole, give them a few days, I'll send a message to the warehouse, once they scan them we'll issue the refund, we can't tell you when they'll scan the returns. They claim there's a policy that they can take up to two-(2) weeks to scan your returns. BUT, I've found absolutely nothing. I've never had a problem before except the last two-(2) months. They don't care I've had upwards of $1000 sitting at their facility's collecting dust. Who cares about my $ and geez I don't need it at all... Wrong. They'd prefer to hold the returns for as long as they want, then force you to spend $ leaving you more in debt. Now we're at 22 days NO REFUNDs $600 I don't know of any other company that would hold customer returns for over three-(3) weeks. DIS

I am new customer of @AliexpressAliExpress. I received the item, I bought on 5th August as I did not like it, send it back to their warehouse GRS-AE, LE19 4DB by Royal mail on 7 August as the address mentioned in Dispute . They have received my item as confirmed by them but Seller is denying to refund money as per him he did not get my Item back. I am chasing both since 2 months but not getting any positive response. The Ware house is not even able to tell the status of my product now, they are telling that we received the Packet but can not track now. AliExpress Customer Support is really worse as system doesn't allowing me to write my query. Only system generated similar questions i get. Need my refund.

@WestJet Headquarters We arrived at 8:30am for our 10:30am flight out of the YYC airport. We realized the security line was out to the main doors of the airport, something I had never seen travelling over the holidays. It took us close to an hour and a half to get through security, then we proceeded to RUN to our gate. When we arrived (with close to 15 other passengers in the same position as us) we could see the plane but were told that it left. The gate attendant proceeded to tell us "we had the option to hold the plane but chose not to". We were told to go to customer service and work it out there. The attendant told us that this issue was our fault not west jets and that we would be charged $1,787.00 for a one way ticket home. MORE then what I originally paid for a round trip ticket. I had to pay but called west jet customer service to see if anything could be done. I told my story and was told "ma'am if you were on time you'd be on the plane". Awful service

@Mr. Cooper has had a check to cover repairs for our roof for over four years and has not compensated us in order to complete the repairs needed. The roof repair company and myself made several calls and requests in order to get the check to complete the necessary repairs but Mr. Cooper have not complied. In the meantime, I'm living in this house with my family and a roof which is in need of repairs.

@The Brick Head Office our brand new leather sofa was damaged upon delivery by the brick staff. The delivery people damaged our floor and were nonchalant about it. The install staff were supposed to arrive between noon and 5 pm to put together our new bed. My wife called customer service 3x and was hung up on by the Langley Brick customer service. Then they argued with her that she even called This is not acceptable since we spent close to $7000 on our purchase If this is not resolved to our satisfaction I WILL be contacting Global Television Consumer Matters and then the Brick can explain on national television regarding their poor customer service.

@Aliexpress, I was a satisfied customer of Aliexpress and I love to buy things from there. But when I have updated my new delivery address somewhere in February 2019, I ordered around 5 times. Everytime there is no delivery at all and even i am unable to track the parcel. I am not getting refund or not even my order. Which is really v dissatisfactory. Disputes are closed stating contact your local logistical company. I dont know where is that local company and where to track my order. I am still waiting for the products to deliver. I want to order some more things but really worried about my recent past experience.

@Sprint Headquarters @sprint world FOR OVER A MONTH IVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND from Sprint In regards to unlocking my 100% ELIGIBLE iPhone 7{ purchased from Sprint when initially opened my non prepaid account} to unlock my eligible iPhone 7. My account has a zero balance and it’s closed however I have heard every excuse under the sun and a new one every time I contact sprint{ who I had been at least 32 times) Im being lied to, hung up on, disconnected from chat, and notes are NOT being posted properly nor read by representatives. I want my phone unlocked it’s paid for its mine ! It’s only been active on my account has never been on another account yet today I’m told my Imei linked to another account a prepaid one that has a balance owed?? NO ITS NOT!! I was yet again given the runaround today. imagine that only the thing I can possibly think in regards to my imei whoever posted notes, made a mistake and said my imei instead of old phone #. YES ONE EXCUSE was my old #. Help

@FedEx Corporate (Headquarters) I called your customer service phone line first; representative stated that "Home Delivery are Closed today and that's why there wouldn't be an attempt to deliver my package today". After I checked the 2019 FedEx Holiday Schedule, it is clear that FedEx home delivery is Open. I then contacted your live chat support with "April Zaira G", and this person couldn't be any less of a help. I quote: -You:It is currently sitting at the Fort Worth fedex location and you guys are not attempting to deliver it today, even though you're able to, because "it's set to deliver tomorrow" -April Zaira G: That is correct, as the package will still be delivered tomorrow Alejandro. Correct. -You: So you are agreeing that you are able to deliver this package today, but you will not do so because it's set to deliver on Wednesday 9/04 Seriously? -April Zaira G: Yes, Alejandro.

@The Brick Head Office I purchased a Sterns & Foster bed from your store on St. James St in Winnipeg. The bed was delivered two weeks later with an explanation that because it was a double size, they had to “search around” for one that size!! The bed I ordered (very soft) and the bed I received (very firm) are completely different. Going to see the salesman the very next day was useless. His explanation, “I’m speechless.” Those were his exact words. Along with, “I don’t think we’ve ever had this problem before.” With that said he walked away!! EXCUSE ME, but I’ve just paid more than $2,000 for a bed and you send me the wrong bed, then you’re speechless and WALK AWAY!! Wrong person to speak to that way and DEFINITELY the wrong person to ignore and walk away from. The bed on display is the bed I ordered, and the bed I want. Just give me what I paid for and I will go away very happy. Fail to keep your word in a business transaction and take $2,000 from me and I’m MAD.

@FedEx Corporate (Headquarters) @FedEx Corporate (Headquarters) I was always impressed by Fedex’s success record and efficiency in delivering packages where they needed to go and on schedule. Clearly, it was a well-oiled precision machine. I have now seen a different side of Fedex—what happens when you throw in a monkey wrench. Quite simply, it can’t handle it. The service collapses and everything done by each and every player along the way is wrong. I also experienced a serious lack of integrity among the supervisory personnel when the matter was escalated. In summary, when Fedex is asked to do something outside its normal activity it turns into one of the worst-performing companies in the world. My nightmare—for so it became--with Fedex lasted from the morning of August 29th to the afternoon of August 30th. By the time it finished playing out, not only was the result failure, but I felt like I had been put through what amounted to torture. Everything which every Fedex representat

on Sunday July 28, 2019 my Nissan Armada died while driving on the PA Turnpike. I was driving and then I wasn't. I was able to coast over to the side and eventually a tow truck came. Assuming it was mechanical, the tow truck driver towed me into the nearest town with a repair shop (Midas). I found a hotel room to stay. On Monday morning, I walked over to the Midas shop and when they hooked it up to the diagnostics it was determined that the problem was the computer and that it had to be towed to a Nissan dealership. The closest dealership was @Laurel Nissan. The car was towed to them on Monday July 29. I called them daily for two weeks and they kept telling me that they were looking at it. On August 8 I called and they told me that they had not looked at it. When they finally diagnosed the problem, they told me that the the repair would cost $1600. A week later it was $2500 and the week after that it is up to $3100. All this time, I have been renting cars.

@FedEx Corporate (Headquarters) For three days in a row my driver has marked my package as "invalid address". This happens weekly when a particular driver is scheduled to the route. I have had 100s of packages delivered without issue in the past. My house has not suddenly disappeared from the street and my address has not changed. I have contacted customer service every time it has happened and I have been assured my package would be delivered the following day. 3 Days in a row now, multiple packages have been scanned as invalid address and there is no way to reach the local office to speak to a supervisor or someone who deals with the routes. 3 Days in a row I have had to leave work early for the promise my packages would be there. 3 days I have taken financial losses and the situation has not been addressed.

I heard on the radio that Pizza Pizza now has pizza with cauliflower crust . I was excited because I’m doing the Keto diet. I went into my local pizza Pizza to order one. First she told me I needed to order a medium & charged me $19.00. I looked up & saw the sign advertising the cauliflower pizza for $12.49 with two vegetable toppings included. She called her boss on the phone & he told her it was that price with only cheese. I pointed at the sign which clearly shows cauliflower crust including two vegetable toppings. She couldn’t find it in the system & ended up charging me for a pizza with dipping sauce which was just over $13.00 plus tax. Do I still overpaid for a pizza you sell that the staff, including the owner doesn’t even know about. Pretty poor customer service, disappointing. @Pizza Pizza
