@Hudson's Bay Company Headquarters I order a Ralph Lauren bag which cost me $200.00. I got an email saying it was delivered, when I got home there was nothing at my front door, I call and let them know at CS, was told I will get my refund within 21 days, this was told to me on Nov 25th. I call last week and was told my refund will be in my bank on Dec 17th, nothing as yet. I called again today Dec 18th and unbelievable how bad this customer service is at The Bay, they don't know anything, they all keep telling you a different policy of refund, where these people work and the worst part they can barely speak proper English, will I ever get my refund, I will never buy anything from The Bay store again, tried to get a manager on the phone and they keep telling you oh there is none available, I am so ****** because when I purchased my bag the money came out of my account right then, now I have to keep calling to get back my refund, terrible, horrible service,

@Shoppers Drug Mart Headquarters In 2018 they kept showing us as being insured by the Ontario Trillium Program. We asked it be removed from our accounts (both mine and my husbands). Skip forward to last week (Thursday Dec 12, 2019) my husband called in for his BP meds to be told he could only pick up the 10 owing as his insurance would not cover the next cycle of 90 for another 10 days, he told the girl on the phone we have no insurance and we pay for our own. On Friday Dec 13 he picked up his meds when I got home later that day I noticed he had been charged 2 dispensing fee's of 11.99. I called wanting to know why, no manager would speak to me or I was not allowed to speak to a manager, was treated rudely by 2 staff, accused of being abusive and yelling I was not, even my husband tried to talk and they would not let either of us talk and refused to let us speak to a manager we requested a call from a manager that has not happened to date. This is not the 1st incident of rude staff

@Pizza Pizza - Head Office I ordered pizza for delivery at 5:02 PM and it never was delivered. I called to complain 3 times and was told the delivery person was in a car accident and the last call I made at 7:19 PM I was told that the location (Port Hope, ON) was closed, their power was out and that there was no delivery. I was offered $27 for my order, ummm sorry not enough compensation for a 3 hr wait to be told no delivery! I will never order Pizza Pizza!!!

@The Brick Head Office The customer service in this store is horrible!! My parents bought a mattress and an automated- reclinable base, this was part of a promotion they had. Fast forward to the delivery and installation date oct 6th. The Brick "technicians" came delivered, set up and installed the base and mattress and left. Right when they left my parents wanted to test out their new reclinable mattress, when they tried to recline it they heard a loud cracking noise followed with a loud "thud". They tried again but this time the base did not even move so it was completely broken. So 1hour passed since the technicians came my dad calls the store customer service and told them what happened, the girl on the phone told my dad, they can't come back and nothing we can do at the moment. So she said she'll set up another date to have the technicians look at it. And this is where it all went downhill. @AliExpress. I ordered 3 LCD Screen from store "Fix 2 Sailing" order# "**********29317" on Aliexpress for CAN$ 323.33. I received them, I made videos of unpacking and testing just in case of a broken, cracked or defected. 2 out of 3 screens defected. I communicate with the seller, no results. I open a dispute. Aliexpress said, send the items back with tracking #, for full refund shipping fee time the seller receives. I Paid CAN$123 for shipping to China, I declared CAN$350 for insurance just in case of loss or damage. the package arrived in China, Seller didn't accept because said has to pay a customs fee for the declared price which is higher than the original price, only $27. I wrote to Aliexpress I accept the duty fees and please deduct from the original price. But Aliexpress closed my account, due to abusing buyer protection. Post return the package back, due to no one declare that. Lost $446. Trust me, Pay little more buy from eBay or Amazon Hassle-Free. At least they have phone#

@UPS Headquarters in March 2019 our driver knocked on our door and asked my wife "Is your husband home?" and "What kind of gun does he shoot?" She freaked out and told him to leave. He returned and banged on the door yelling at her and refused to leave after being told to multiple times. He scared her the kids and the piano teacher so much that they hid in closets and called the police. We have the encounter on video. Ever since then UPS refuses to deliver to us, and every time a package it goes out for delivery it never gets delivered. Someone always changes the status to "held for future delivery." It's causing major headaches, we feel at this point it is harassment. No one at UPS will engage me via phone, email, social media or in person to address the issue. UPS store manager in Falcon, CO is the only one who helps. Someone in a position of authority please contact me so we can resolve--it's been nine months!

My Email said package was supposed to be delivered on the 12/12/19 (yesterday) It never arrived, now it says "pending" I called customer service, spoke with a man named Bob at the terminal and he basically said the package was LOST. He was supposed to call me back, NEVER did. I called again tonight and they would not let me speak to that man at the terminal and kept refusing me to speak to a manager. I finally spoke to a manager and she was RUDE and gave me NO information. This package costs me 200$!! you guys shouldn't be delaying and losing peoples packages!! UPS and Amazon prime never have an issue and they were caught up from the storm that was TWO weeks ago! GET IT TOGETHER! where is my package? I want answers! You also owe me money I paid for shipping seeings it did not arrive on time! I would like to file complaints against the manager Tiara and customer sales rep Angela. completely rude/unprofessional. @FedEx Corporate (Headquarters)

@Emirates Airlines (Headquarters) our booking NXFPMF went horribly wrong. First I was denied boarding EK2200 unfairly, instead of solving the situation while actually they could (by contacting Georgian Immigration about inconsistency between reasons of my being denied boarding and Georgian official visa requirements GeoConsul.gov.ge), Emirates staff forced us to fly back to origin city on our own paid booking. All we want is 9-day family reunion in Georgia especially with the elder relatives, Emirates please replace all our tickets so that we can make our reunion come true.

@Molson Canada I' m a loyal customer, only drink Molson Canadian. I went out, in the cold weather, to get a case of beer. I bought the case of beer, put in my cart to wheel home. Your bottled beer, is the best but heavy to carry. I got home and was disappointed, to find a broken bottle. I felt the box it was dry and the bottle still had the cap on it.
