Vision Security is dragging their feet with two months refund.

The new system they install in my home on july 14. i had problems with about six times now. i have complained. They have agreed to refund Two months of service for my alarm not working right. I was sent one check($49.99) and still waiting on second refund check. The contract states the monthly bill is $49.99 but they take out of my account $54.90 every month so i want the full $54.90 for Two months back. And I'm waiting for them to switch over my Bill to paper,so i can see exactly what i'm paying for.
