We had a product called Icebox AC installed in our system on September 12th, 2012.
By Thursday Evening, September 13th, the system quit cooling.
As it was after hours, we attempted to contact the company all day Friday and into Saturday, with no one returning calls.
We had another tech (from another company) come out and that person discovered that the system had no Freon.
He reserviced it, but within 1 day it leaked out again. So I went from a guarantee in writing of 10% energy savings to an unfunctional cooling system with a huge leak.
Still no return calls From Dixie Homecrafters, and all their phone numbers quit working and website says under Reconstruction.
