I doubt you will here back from Dealfind. If you don't get this resolved please contact you local police and BBB to file fraud reports & also contact your credit card companies. Dealfind is ripping off hundreds of people across Canada and need to be stopped! I've contacted the police in my area and this is the advice they gave me. Best of luck getting your money back from these scumbad scammers!
