Can Gripevine only deal with David and not Goliath??? | Gripevine

I am trying to post a gripe about my Verizon Wireless contract. I am being charged for a data plan that I did not agree to, and that can clearly be disputed if the company would review the audiotape of the transaction. Even though it is a diiference of $10, it is for the life of the 2-year contract and I resent being charged for a full data plan when I clearly agreed to a reduced data plan. However, I am unable to post because all you have links for are Verizon Wireless stores. Does this mean you do not have the ability to link to or deal with the company at large? Please let me know soon--I was hoping to resolve this through you but my next steps will be the FCC, Mike DeWine--Ohio State Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau.
