No Vietnamese Channel in Small Towns

I live in a small town in Southeast BC. My wife is from Vietnam, and when we found out Telus has a Vietnamese channel, we were quite excited. Excited enough to pay an extra $15/month. Unfortunately, Telus the channel is only available on Telus' Optik service, which is not available here. It is only in cities

So my complaint is that Telus is ignoring the fact that immigrants live in small towns in our country. There are Vietnamese people (and those who love them) here and in other small towns who would appreciate the option to watch Vietnamese tv on their satellite service. Even if we have to pay $15/month for it. To be honest, I'd pay a bit more.

Question? Is it available in Vietnam?

The station is out of the US, I think. They play tv shows produced in Vietnam, as well as Korean and Chinese shows dubbed in Vietnamese, all of which are regular programing in Vietnam. I think they have their own news shows though.

Oh and kids shows too.
